Cullen Dickey is a Dallas native and Broker with over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate. Cullen’s career began at Falcon Realty Advisors and David Little Real Estate. Cullen earned his Broker’s license and founded Highland Properties (an affiliate of Dickey Property Company). Cullen is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and Highland Park High School.
Cullen and his wife, Allison, have a wonderful son, Warren. Outside of the office, Cullen can be found cheering on Warren’s sports teams, searching for hard-to-find ethnic ingredients for cooking the next family meal, or reading through a travel guide, as if it were a novel.

Scott Voelkel grew up in San Antonio and moved to Dallas after graduating from Texas Christian University. Scott began his commercial real estate career at Foster and Co. in 2005. Scott joined Highland Properties in 2022.
When not considering his next warehouse deal, Scott is an avid sports fan, world traveler, and restaurant guru. Scott cheers for both TCU and University of Texas, which he will gladly explain upon request.
